Complaint Details
Hello sir / madam 

       I have booked a standard package of holiday from ur company ,at the time of booking i am connected on call with mr utkarsha sharma . 
         Date 2 may 2017 

At the time of payment my first payment was not successful so as mr utkarsh sharma told me , if ur payment was not successful and debited from ur account it will be in ur account in 24 hrs . 
        So I initiated second payment that time payment was successful . 

Now my concern is that 
      After some time of my second payment i got a mail that ur first payment was successful . Now as par mr utkarsh sharma says ur amount will be in ur account in 24 hrs .  Amount was not credited in my account . So I called customer support of buzzholiday.in  .
       They told me ur payment will be refund in 10 working days . 

On the 26 th may they told me on call we can't refund ur payment , ur second package is activated . I have not get any mail from company about this package . 
       They send me a confirmation mail on 9 th june 2017 

      When I call them to talk with mr utkarsh sharma or any higher authority they told me that they are not available at that time . I request to call me back . But I not get any call from them . 
         Please help me .
