Dear Sir,

Even after continuous reminder , The Eureka forbes is not providing the free servicing of the water
which is in warranty period.

Warranty period upto : 07/09/2017


As per complaint, I have asked for servicing of the product on 16/07/2017, The Customer care representative ( Chandu Chavhan) informed the technician will visit in next 48 hours. However no one attended the complaint. The reminder call to customer care was made in next every 24 hours. Every time reply from customer care centre was that, they will be sending the technician in next 8 hrs.

On 22/06/2017 The Customer care shared mobile no. (9967824122) of technician visiting. Upon calling to technician on said mobile no. got response that, they are no serving at Nahur west area.

Again contacted Customer care (Amit), informed that he will personally send the technician within Close of business hour of 22/06/2017.

No Technician visited till writing of this email ( 23/06/2017 12.00 noon)


The email has been written in intension to escalate the service request immediately and resolve the same by 23-06-2017.
