Hello

I want the concern dept. to look into following complaint and resolve at the earliest.

I purchased a brand new hush puppies men formal black colour shoes from Central off mg road, Bengaluru on May 22nd or 23rd (2016) evening in cash (I am checking exact bill date and let you know).

I wore the shoes the shoe in the mall itself and i reached back to my 3 star hotel where i was occupied as GM then in my car.

In the same night i realised the left leg shoe was tight and next day morning till noon i could not bear it and removed shoes and decided to reached back and get it replaced.

I went to central mall next day and met Ms. Monika who helped me changed it as it was a genuine issue.

My usage from June 2016 (back in my home town Pune) has been very normal like once in a 5day week that too home to office to home in a car. I have other few formal shoes like Louis Philippe, red tape and sports shoes like Adidas, Nike and use during weekend’s sat-sun.

Well, recently few days back i sent images of the shoes hush puppies which has lost it leather and the sole is almost gone flat (sleepery). Ref. attached images.

To be honest, i use costly stuff for simple reason of quality and durability and not for status sake.

I have shared my concerns to Ms. Monika of Central Bengaluru on her whatsapp number along with images (condition of the shoes)

I earn money honestly and with my hard work so i need value for my money i paid to buy these shoes.

Ms. Monika informed that she has forwarded my concern to some dept. but i haven’t received a positive reply yet on replacement of the shoes from your central mall Pune. Same shoes, same brand or same priced other brand formal shoes (if tag is little high, i will pay the difference amount)
