I purchased this car Toyota Etios GD on August 3 2016. My car no. Is MH 01 CJ 3056. After 5000km the car started to show engine oil problem therefore I consulted to the service centre but I received no help from the service centre ( shinrai Toyota cotton green Mumbai)they used to do top-up off oil and send it to me and the issue was not resolved the car is still in warranty but the service centre manager Mr Chinmai didn't resolved my issue. What if the car cease then who is responsible . I have also contacted the Toyota online call centre but I received no help . I have filled the first after approaching service centre many times, complaint on 28 March 2017 complaint no. Is TCM0317067533 . I have filled many complaints. So pls I request CFBP to help me. I am a driver and my car is my bread and butter plz help me . I am sending a copy of my R C BOOK.
