Subject: About return of Dr.aquaguard classic plus because of worst performance.



Resp. Sir/ Madam



I purchased your product Dr.Aquaguard Classic plus on 29 th May 2017 via transaction I'd 2035761IGABJNOXO6 .



Your sales representative Mr. Chavan followed me up and according to his advice I purchased it via your website. He assured me that I will be getting a wrist watch as a gift which I havn't got yet delivered.



The product was installed on 4th of June 2017 at my home. Since then I was having the complaint about the colour of the water. The colour of output water was much more yellow than the input tap water. So I called on the the sales representative and he visited and told us to contact service dept.



I officially launched the complaint and was attended by Mr. Thorat. In his opinion it was the usual thing but he also couldn't answér why was the colour more. In turn we contacted the service head of Nashik ,Mr.Bagul and asked him to resolve the issue. Taking into consideration all events he also was not able to address to my complaint.



I have attached the photograph of the glasses containing the waters respectively.

1.upper glass with more yellow colour which was passed through the Dr.aquaguard classic plus installed at my home.

2. Lower glass containing the water from input source for the Dr. Aquguard classic plus at my home.



One can clearly make the difference between the colours of the waters which indicates that the Dr aquaguard water is more yellow than the source tap water.





So being very annoyed by the performance of your product, I request you to get returned the said product and refund my money you have charged for it with the accured bank charges etc.



Kindly note that I have been using Eureka Forbes products for last 25 years with satisfaction.



Kindly do the needful so as to refund my money back.
