Sir,

I placed purchase order for garments and paid rs34,500 with any agremnet to deliver in 15 days.First 3 weeks he was postponing delivery with some false excuses.It alsmost more than 45 days completed.He did not deliver the product.Sine 3 weeks he is even responsing to emails and whatsappp,sms ,Also avoiding my calls.I sent messages to return mony.But he is not responding.He cheated me.
Please help.
