Hello,
My order number was 20189145 at the online website www.forever21.com/in. I had pre-paid the amount.
My order was supposed to reach me by 20th June 2017, when I received the message that the product was already delivered. To my shock, the concerned person on whose address it was supposedly delivered, had not received it at all. We inquired every place around.
Three days back, after filing a complaint at the forever 21 customer care, I get a call the next day from one of the delivery boys (who was supposed to deliver it me), that the product had been lost. But he had simply updated the status to 'delivered' to save himself.
Now he is not able to find it.
The product is lost FOR WHICH I PAID Rs. 300 EXTRA....
Now when i visit the website to try and re-order the size is not available. The website and its customer care had just been telling me to take the refund. Yesterday, when I again inquire from them, they tell me that the product has been found and the very day it will be delivered. I sit in hopes and today in the morning when i call them, they update me that it was not found and you will get the refund.
I want to highlight here the matters of:
MISLEADING/MISGUIDING.
IRRESPONSIBILTY.
EXTRA CHARGES OF DELIVERY (RS. 300) AND NO LIABILITY.
MENTAL TRAUMA FOR 4 DAYS.
NO RESPONSE EVEN WHEN CUSTOMER CARE SHOULD BE CALLING ME BACK.
CHEATING (WRITING DELIVERED WHEN THE PRODUCT WAS NOT DELIVERED).
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE
NO HELP IN PROVIDING THE LOST PRODUCT
