Complaint Details
I got my no. ported from vodafone to idea on 21-April-17 and I have not been able to use my no. for more than 15-20 days till now i.e. 15-20 days out of total 60 days and have been overcharged for what I was promised I would get. I have filed in numerous waiver requests, have been visiting the Idea store since the last month, have mailed to the appellate authority, have called the costumer care but have never ever been able to get a single positive response from them. now since I have not paid my bill,my no. is continuously been barred again and again and I have to face too many problems.
