I received message from vodafone company to link my mobile number with aadhar card and for that i was directed to visit Vodafone store. As advised I visited the store on 24/06/2017 morning.The advisor verifying my aadhar card has tried several times to get my finger impresstion in the scanner but every time the autentication failed. My number is prepaid one.At last he has advised me to convert my prepaid phone no to post paid and accodingly I have done . And new sim card given to me after taking my photo and a copy of my Aadhar card.
My existing no has already given to aadhar .I do not know what is the technical problem involved in scanning my already available finger prints with aadhar (tried all the fingers one by one)still authentication failed message thrown on the screen.
in order to continue to have the services i had to opt for post paid package . Otherwise why such hardships thrusted upon us ...
