My brother Tanmay submitted his Mobile phone named " YU YUPHORIA 5010A" on 29th May 2017; In above mentioned service centre. They told him to come after a week. My brother went there after a week but those people told him that the mobile phone is still in the company and they will get it SOON. But again on 24th June I called them and started asking questions they admitted that till 19th June the phone was with them. (This proves that they lied earlier). When I fired them they said that they will call me by the end of the day, but even now I haven't received any call. Since they lied to me I am worried that these people might have handed over my phone to someone else without my knowledge. Please help me as these people don't even receive calls on time. And there excuse was that they figured out few more problems with the device. I asked them whether they can go for replacement of the device since my device is well in warranty. I am attaching my mobile bill. I am facing problems since I don't have one of my phones. Please help....
