After lot of exchange of mail, finally you gave me confirmation voucher and I reach ooty travelling from Delhi by air and thereafter by road (3.5 Hr). I reaches Hotel Hill country at 12.35 PM. I was hungry and fully tired, Thinking will have my lunch in hotel and take some time rest. Here all sort of mental disturbance start created by Make My trip when Hotel Refuse to give me room stating that they do not have this booking.

​I try to contact Make my trip no, received via mail and SMS today morning only stating "contact this number if have any problem in your  tour i.e. +911244781881" Hare under is full story now:

​I Try to contact this number at 12.42 - after waiting 4 minute - call disconnect.
I Try to contact again this number at 12.46 - after waiting 4 minute - call disconnect.
​In the mean time Hotel Manager Mr. Ashok also trying to reach Make my trip  Local representative Mr. Sujoy on 8680907567. This gentle man did not give any solution and disconnect the phone after that hotel and me keep on dialling him but he switch off phone. I try to reach him - 1.12, 1.11, 1.11, 1.10 and there after 1.32, 1.32, 1.31, 1.30, 1.21 and 1.17 - no gain. He is not any curtsies to call back or any resolution - Not to me and not to even Hotel Manager.

I also call 12.49 on Make my trip no - 0124-4859749, for 18 Minute - Took 4 minute to reach first representative, keep on me transferring from one to another person, I repeat telling my same problem to all 5 person come on line during the telecom but no solution and finally call disconnect.

I Try to contact again on +911244781881 at 1.12 - after waiting 4 minute - call disconnect.

​Last I attempt on 1.57 PM. From 12.35 till 1.57 PM - 82 Minute. Lost my energy struggling with very unprofessional approach of Make my trip, Hungry, Tired and passing through a mental torcher kind of situation, My wife suffered a high BP in addition to my bed situation. I request Hotel manger to Help me.

​Here please note that no call back received from Make my tip while all six repasentetive ware well aware that some one is in problem due to make my trip.

​He (Mr. Ashok - Hotel Manage) express his sympathy to my situation and offer me a room at cost of 6,075/- PD. Fully traumatised, I paid and went to room, which suppose to be available to me as part of my Tour package booked via Make My Trip upon my arrival to the hotel i.e. 12.35.

Can you tall me, what should I do to get compensation of all that suffering i.e. Mental, Financial etc. etc. and why should not I approach to a Form constituted to resolves such kind of happening, if not satisfied with your response.
