I have purchased 1 iphone 5s(order no. 100055271) from website named "syberplace.com" on 3rd feb which i had cancelled on 9th feb after reviewing about the website . After cancellation my refund supposed to get my refund in 7-8 days . I was following up with the care team but they were not responding reply to my mails and even calls . Its been a long time now and I have no ways to contact with the company to get my refund . I have proofs for product purchase, payment and cancellation . I din't know payu has fraud vendors too . Please help me out if possible for my refund.
