Hi Sir,

I would like to inform you that I have been using nextra for more than a year now.

Never had this troublesome experience till date. I registered a complaint for my wifi not working on 24th June 2017 and today is 29th June still the issue has not been resolved.

Everytime I call customer care they inform me that today the issue will be sorted but that never happens.


I am sick and tired because I have to call them everyday around 15-20 times but still there is no resolution.


I have told them a 100 times that I work from home most of the times and my incentives are dependent on the work and still they have not resolved my issue. I dont know what needs to be done.
