I am nishant Balecha from Bikaner Rajasthan , I have purchase one RO +UV+TDS controller . from local agency KOCHAR Enterprises. On the name of Nishant Balecha .
When I call for new purchase , I received lot of calls and follow ups from dealer , and dealer offered me as a special offers , and told me that we will give you one extra service free . total 4 services . as your company is oldest company in particular segment I decided to purchase your product . and after using 3-4 months I called for free service but no visit for free service .
And after so many calls and complain to sales person who sales to me his mobile no – (7615868914 ) . he send one non technical person like me for service after 7-8 moth , but the person even not touch the RO system , he just clean the pre filter which is not a part of aqua which is just a 2 minute job . when I asked about the same matter , he reply me , ase he service hoti ha sab ki , Ro ke thodi service hoti ha , aap ko kuch pata to hai nahi , then I asked him I will complain to your superior . he asked me jo karna hai vo karo .
The I found your another executive no ( 9024335754 ) may be he is your company direct executive , he also answer me , service to ase he hoti hai , RO thodi service hota hai . vo to sedha change hota hai . jis se app ne purchase kea us se bat karo . .
The I have called your service center and explain the entire story , she give me a complain no . which was send by SMS . NO is 2003075652 . on 17th may . but still I haven’t received any response against this complain .
we never expected this kind of service from a company like EUREKA FORBES. Why do you have such irresponsible people, who neither can work properly, nor they have respect for customers
Now I have problem with RO , I called local person . and after 2 -3 call to same person then he send same person , he asked me to change all carbon or other part . and 3-4 hajar ka kharcha hai .
Now the issue is he asked for 3-4 thousand RS to repair because of no service .
This is because of no service on time . even in approx one year no one touch the RO for service , I call several time , and also on your helpline no . now my concern is I have 10 days left to complete the warranty I request you to please change the entire RO , or if you are not agreed with my concern please let me know immediately with in one working day . so that I will go for further .
