I had applied for a new connection with dish tv last week. they had ensured installation would happen then, it didnt. they dragged it on even longer, eventually on tuesday i cancelled the order, they agreed however they left equipment here which they never installed. i have been telling them to pick up their equipment, they said about 4 times already they were coming to do so. still hasnt been done and because of that they wont process my refund.
please help! i am new to india just wanted some cable tv! is that too much to ask?
