Hello,
Myself Tanvir Gaonkar ordered 2 AC units in 2 separate orders through a friend of mine who works at Whirlpool India, as he was getting a corporate discount. I did order 2 units of Whirlpool 3D cool extreme 1.5 ton cream colour. When the products were delivered, none of the invoices were given along with the products & also after giving repeated calls to whirlpool customer care regarding ac units installation, no one arrived at my place to install the units. After getting fed up with the service which never arrived, I asked the local whirlpool dealer to install the ac's at a price which was supposed to be free as said on call by customer care. When the local whirlpool service person came to my place to install the AC's after almo3 weeks time after delivery of the units, it came to me as a shock that the AC units werent the model i ordered though it said the same on the box. The model delivered, even today doesnt exist on their website. I refused to get the AC's installed as they had to be replaced. Again I try to get in tough with customer support team regarding the exchange which they kept postponing by another month. Suddenly a person from whirlpool turned up at my place and said that the acs will be temporarily installed untill replacements arrived. When asked for replacements, even till this date no replacements have arrived inspite of warning the concerned team about me taking legal action.
being fed up, I am finally raising this issue through CCRC.Please help me as to how i should proceed further with this scenario. I have all the mails exchanged with whirlpool right from the first day till date.
