Complaint Details
My internet has not been working for a few days now and the person who is supposed to repair this keeps ignoring my calls even though he's always busy on another call. And when I contacted their office suvidha star vision they said they can't do anything about it and I should call those people instead. Their staff is extremely rude and don't care about complqints. And I pay for 4 Mbps internet and when I do get internet connectivity it's hardly 1-2 Mbps.
