I was travelling on jet airway flight from Chandigarh to Mumbai on 22 nd june and my bag was damaged badly. I complained at the airways office and i was assured that my bag will be replaced in two days.,They gave me a report for the same. I called the call centre 3. times on three different days and i was assured that ii will get a reply within 24 hours but no one called me. On 30th June i wrote on their facebook page and twitter and they asked me for my contact details which were provided by me but no one has contacted me. nor any complaint registration id was given. my flile number is BOM9W57508.
