Complaint Details
I bought a flat from ARG Developers in Jaipur 2.5 years ago. There was seepage in the bathroom and I told the builder to repair it before giving possession but the seepage has not been repaired till date because the builder is not giving permission to his maintenance staff to break and replace the tiles of the flat above. I have already complained to police and will complain to consumer court now.
