Complaint Details
I registered by Kid for India Kids Fashion Week, Season 5 on 23rd April and received confirmation from IKFW on 2nd May that audition will be scheduled in Delhi on 1st and 2nd July and Auditions details will be mailed to me by Mid-June. But I have not received any communication from IKFW. I tried calling them many times but all numbers were switched off.

Please find the attached screenshot from IKFW Facebook page, where many people faced the same issue and no communication regarding Auditions were shared will the date of audition.

On 1st July (date of Audition), I got a call from IKFW at 5PM stated that my kid have not reported for Audition as time slot for Audition was 4PM. I informed them that I was not received any communication from IKFW regarding Time Slot and requested for refund. They informed me to send a mail regarding refund but till date I have not received any communication regarding refund (Mail attached for reference).

I request you to please take action against IKFW and help me with my refund
