Jet airways baggage section unable to trace& hand over missing luggages as below even after 15 days of registering complaint(.Ref no 010-641-949).Passenger, Venkatesan Chandrasekaran travelled in JET FLIGHTS 9W118 ,9W5826 having proper baggage tags Ref Numbers wth jet Airways identity0589 9W 124433,&0589 9W124434 .Jet staff are shifting the responsiblity to Virgin Atlantic as the passeger travelled from london to Seattle thro ViginAtlantic flight(still it is technically Jet flight only,9W5826).A complaint has been registered with Virgin Atlantic also as per rules.But as per VIRGIN ATLANTICs latest feedback, Jet airways is withholding the baggages& refusing to handover.It is really surprising why jet should with hold our baggage containing important personal items including medicines.We are at great difficuty.Kindly use your good offices to instruct your staff to release the baggages &hand over to Vigin atlantic at Seattle airport USA.The reason for the entire confusion is bcas of late jet flight, the itinery of passeger changed from seoul seattle to london seattle.Jet air ways effected this change.

Hi Jet Airways,

My father was supposed to travel from Chennai to Seattle via. Mumbai and Seoul on June 12. I have attached this ticket for reference.

He checked in his bags in Chennai with Jet Airways. Since the jet Airways flight to Mumbai got delayed, he missed the connection flight to Seoul. So, Jet issued a new ticket from Mumbai to Seattle via. London. I have attached the new ticket as well. Also, Jet issued a receipt for his checked in baggage for Mumbai to Seattle via. London.

Virgin Atlantic airlines that flew him from London to Seattle says that his baggage were never scanned in London. They are still searching in Mumbai. I just wanted to raise this issue with Jet Airways as well since you were the ones that reissued his ticket and know his travel history.

My father is a diabetic patient and his prescription medication are also in his checked in bags. We would greatly appreciate any help from your side.
