Dear Concern Person

I am Roshan Lal and bought two policies, these policies bought thru your team member. In starting March – 2017 contact me many person for bought policy and provide Loan without interest. So I bought two policies from this person of HDFD Life Insurance. This person name is Sachin Walia. He said, he is HDFC life Insurance employee and HDFC bank tied up with City Bank for this special project. Load will disbursed thru CITI Bank and policy should be bought of HDFC Life Insurance. If any reason loan amount not disbursed then policies will cancel and policies amount reverse in your account within in 15 days. I accepted this opportunity because both are famous brand HDFC Life Insurance & CITI Bank. So I trust this person and bought two policies thru this person. After received policies bond all information of the policies document scan images share this person thru his mail id walia.sachin000@gmail.com after one & half month this person not in touch with me but many person called me and given my policies status for loan purpose. After two month not any single person touch with me.

His senior manager Mr. Siddharth will contact me and said Sachin Walia has transfer to another department and they will provide you another relationship manager as soon. After two month one another relationship manager touch with me again that is Mr. Vishal Sehgal-8471092581, he said called me regarding your load disbursement process. I touch regularly in this person and every week said this week will disbursed loan amount in your account. Sometime said NEFT has done today you will get loan amount in your account and sometime said cheque make with your name and dropped in box for clearance unfortunately reminder many time share me cheque image but not provide.

Every seven days another unknown person called me and take my policy mortgage loan status but they not provide what is my loan disbursement file status . After four month my loan not disbursed. Mr. Vishal Sehgal-8471092581 is touch with me last 2 month for process and disbursed my loan. Every week his said this week will disbursed your loan in your account, unfortunately I trust in both famous brand HDFC Life Insurance & CITI Bank so lastly on 03rd of July, 2017 he said your loan not disbursed and your policies will be cancelled as soon and your policy amount will revert by 20th of July in your account and you will get call from IRDA after 05th July, 2017 regarding cancellation policies status. This person response me last 03rd July, 2017. After mentioned date no any single person picked up my call and given feed back of my policies. and not any single call received from IRDA team member.

After one day on 04th July, 2017 one person called me Mr. Rajesh Batra-9136523486 and said please transfer Rs 64000/- in mentioned bank account for processing and disburse your loan amount within a week his company name & bank account details is RBM Solution, Bank Name - Karur Vysya Bank, Account No- 4114135000003641, IFSC - KVBL0004144. This information received today on 08th July, 2017.

These policies bought thru your company after fake or wrong commitment and I would request you these are fraud person and using brand name for selling your policy thru your agent or your employee.
Please help me cancelled this policies and reversal my amount in my account.

I also complaint on your service@HDFClife.com email id but he is not given me any response.

I am sharing all the communication by mail in attachment & sharing also contact person details who has touch with me from March, 2017 to July, 2017. Few numbers are not working and few are working but working number not picking. These persons are involved in this fraudance.
