dear sir/madam,i am one of the buyer in BPTP pedestal sector 70 A (Customer Code : BE 90 / 146866),taken one unit in 2013 in subvention scheme assuming that in dec 2016 i will get my unit . but till date no construction started in that area. when asked for surrender of my unit as it is getting delayed further by 1 to 2 years. i am told by builder that they will deduct almost 30 % of my paid amount.which is illegal. as possession of unit is already delayed and i should get interest on my paid amount.kindly help to get my dues from builder with penalty.
