This is regarding the 3+2 seater Letherette sofa we own from Durian.
This sofa is defective and in a span of 3 years we have spent approx Rs6500 on its repair. We paid Rs.81410, for the brand and the promised warranty for service. We are very disappointed with this purchase. Neither is the service free nor is product upto the quality durian boasts off.

We bought this at "Beech Impex Private Ltd" authorised durian sofa dealers in Bangalore. It's a 3+2 seater Letherette sofa. Images, Invoice and Warranty card is attched along with this e mail.In two occasions they ripped us with 3500 and 3000 rupees towards service cost.

We are extremely unsatisfied with the sub standard quality of this product.
As you can see in the pictures it is getting torn at all places. Pictures speak for themselves. Being such a huge investment on such a faulty product, we feel cheated and we demand either a refund or replacement for the product. We do not want false promises of free service and a bomb later with a bill again.

Please let me know the procedure for refund or product replacement.
