Complaint Details
I recently bought a new refrigerator from Vijay Sales in Ahmadabad. I was given to understand that there was a 0% finance offer from Bajaj Finserve. I had submitted all necessary documents including Cancelled cheque (from ICICI Bank)for NEFT purpose. However the neft details have not been captured by Bajaj Finserve & they have started debiting my Old HDFC account (Which is currently inactive). This account details was available with Bajaj Finserve as I had availed consumer loan from hen 6 to 7 yrs back & the same has already been closed. In the Meantime I was forced to pay the EMI with extra charges. My Bank has also charged me for NEFT return. . I have resubmitted cancelled cheque once again with all relevant document (Bajaj Finserve representative had come to my office to pick up the documents). Bajaj has yet again failed to set up NEFT & are now sending SMS & having collection executive call be by my 2nd month EMI. I am ready to pay the EMI but why shoud I pay extra charges to Bajaj & who is responsible for Bank return charges & my CBIL (Credit score) reflecting NEFT returns for no fault of mine. I am being harassed by Bajaj call center for EMI payment.
