Sir/Madam,
I have lodged a complaint on 17.4.2017. Also, I have given reminders dated 22.4.2017, 26.4.2017, 1.5.2017, 26.5.2017 and 3.6.2017.
Within 75 days of my complaint, 5 times engineers from LG company have visited at my residence and result is only wastage of my time. I have many times requested to solve my problems but till date no solution has been made from LG company side. It seems the company is not interested to solve my problem.
Now, The last visit of engineers (04 engineers) from company was on 19.6.2017.Till date no solution has been made by the company. The details of complaint is enclosed herewith.
