Dear Sir,

I have purchased Tikona internet package of Rs 1570/- for three months on 6th of July 2017. But unfortunately their internet is not working at all. Everyday I am facing this problem. I have complained several times about the same to them, everytime they say your issue will be resolved but nothing happens, since last 4 days, no one is responding from the company side. I want hard earned money back. please help. My complaint numbers are 1-4817868615, 1-4822888697, 1-4824322021, 1-4816970529, UID: 1121400736 and many more numbers I have.
