I ordered TV attracted by the reduced price from Amazon. When opened the box, the TV panel is found to be broken during transit. Now the Amazon is refusing to replace the product and says that they will only refund. The same product is now listed on Amazon at higher value.
What is the point of refund now if i have to buy the product at a higher price now. This is similar to a honey trap.
