Complaint Details
I had ordered a shoe with the order number -QZUEOIVSG and reference number- #1428989. And it hasn't been delivered yet. I have placed complaints several times but it doesn't help. Neither they receive my call nor they reply. They said that the order has been returned but I haven't even got any delivery attempt to return it. Moreover they said that the product will be delivered again after they get it returned but it has been 20 days since delivery but they didn't contact me yet neither deliverd the product nor refunded my money.They did not delivered my product but offered me an exchanged slip. But didnt refunded the full payment . The tax and shipping charges were excluded. So now if i try to use their exchange slip for another product, They ask for more money as tax no matter how cheap or costly product chose. I need my fullpayment as a refund. I have been posting so much of complaints but i no help
