I had made a booking with booking ID NF2263497604761. I had cancelled the ticket, and as per makemytrip email and cancellation i have to get a refund of rupees 28812/- out of which 500 has credited in my wallet and 10000 and rupees 8312 is being credited in my citibank account. I am still left with 10000 as balance amount which is yet to be credited. I have filed a complaint / issue with makemytrip ample number of times but no serious action is being taken. my reference number is 170713-074583. PLease initaite serious action towards them.
