Complaint Details
I have invested in Supertech GOLF ,Yamuna Expressway VILLAGE 2 BHK 1000 sq ft Unit no. C404 in 2014
And when I am in need of money and cancelling the booking, team is saying we can not refund the amount , better you invest in some other unit. There are cancellation charges of 15% which is costing me around 5 lacs and I agree to bear that loss but still they are denying the refund. When we sign the terms and conditions there is nothing mentioned that they won't refund the money and invest in some other unit. It states that they will deduct the 15 % and refund the amount. Then why the hell there are formalities to sign the terms and conditions. I have been contacting the team since 3 months on mails and met Mr Vaibhav in CRM. But they all are least bothered. Soon I am going to file in consumer court.
This could happen with anyone. So when you are in need in money and in case you want to cancel your booking , keep in mind that you won't get your money back in any case.
