Complaint Details
I had Bought a Croma Mini Dishwasher on 01-06-2015.
I purchased the Extended warranty along with it and paid Rs. 1499 (refer bill attached).
I made a complaint about the Dishwasher not working a few months ago (No. 7207666000), and belatedly an engineer came to repair it.
The same problem arose a week or so ago, so I raised an extended warranty complaint as the product had entered that period.
To my surprise they did not have my details on the system so they asked me to mail them the details. As my original copy was faded out I call the helpline as asked them to send me a fresh invoice. I promptly forwarded this to them with my complaint on the website they gave me.
In some time I got a Service Request No. (SR20071700610) sent to my phone. I was expecting an engineer to come and visit by the 22nd of July 2017 to repair the Dishwasher. when I did not receive any call in the morning from the engineer I first called the No. mentioned on the sms sent (7207666000) to check. They then told me to call the extended warrenty no. (18002092525) to check on the same and they will also follow up from their end. When I called the extended warrenty helpline I was told my service request is not showing up on the system, and also they do not have my details. I was speaking to one Ms. Deepika Yadav. When I told them that I had already sent you all my details on mail as requested why don't you have it. They should have got it automatically at the time of my purchase. I even asked to speak to the Manager/Supervisor but I was told that the supervisor/manager is on leave this day. I aksed them how they are working without any (not even one) supervisor, but no one was forthcoming.
I then called up the mail helpline (7207666000), and they made some excuse or the other and asked to call back.
I have paid already for the service but yet I am not being provided any service.
I would like full compensation for all the ahharrasement and cheating that has affected my day to day living.
I hope you look at my complaint favourable and grant me adequate companion exceeding 1 cr for the same.
