I have ordered a cannon 700D dslr camera on 15th july 2017 on deal price 34500/-having order no. 407-9935784-2222705 from amazon , and amazon showed the status of shipped on 16th july 2017 and also showed the expected delivery is between 19 july 2017 to 22nd july 2017. So I have to go on a tour so booked ticked of 23rd july 2017.
It arrived in my city on 21st july2017 and by 22nd july2017 it is not delivered to me and i have to cancel my ticket of 1500 at very peak time. 23rd july 2017 i received a message it is returned.
Now i already sufferd a loss of my ticket amount, my tour booking and also of non delivery of camera, and now how can i get it again on same deal price again. Nw d camera cost 39499/-,here is the difference of 5000/- in my deal price nd current camera price which is a very big amount.
Either you confirm me that you will again provide me camera on same amount otherwise i will suit a complain in consumer court against you.
Make me assure otherwise i will definitely take action against you.
Hoping revert from your side within 24 hrs otherwise i will take action against you. I m already frustrated..
