Complaint Details
I had booked an LG refrigerator from Vijay Sales store at Chembur Mumbai on 26th June 2017 as part of your Pre GST promotional offer.

Its been one month now and the product has still not been delivered. when ever I enquire with the store they just provide me with false dates and put the blame on LG.

This has been the worst experience ever even though I am a regular customer of Vijay Sales since years.

I am presently doubting Vijay Sales Intention of supplying the fridge to me as the staff is happy to provide me with a refund.
They have my money since 30 days and i have been staying without a refrigerator since a month now.
