I had order online for decor item from Orangetree, which was damaged. after raising this issue, they made it even worse by not replacing it and i had to follow up constantly, however when courier fellow came to pick, he insisted on same box and packing is required while returning the product. Mr. Darshan had to shout on call and had to teach me how to shop online. i was asked question by him saying i must have shopped first time online. his tone was extremely rude and not ready to listen what had happened. initially i was looking for replacement, but now i want them to take their product and refund my money.
looking at attitude of darshan and Prateek, it looked as if they are giving away things for free and obliging customer.
