Complaint Details
I got delivery of faulty product via order no 14429988 on 15/6/2017. I applied for refund on 16/6/2017 & product been delivered to vendor on 29/6/2017. I had been updated my bank details on link given by rediff on e-mail on 3/7/2017. I got only promises from rediff to refund which got failled. Also registered complain against rediff on consumerhelpline.gov.in
Still waiting for refund as about 20 working days had completed. I am thinking what kind of refund procedure following rediff to harass customer.
