Nice to see all in the mail.Iam prod customer of Chevrolet and its being long time relationship. Based on my internal review and colleagues feedback decided to buy Chevrolet Cruze LT (Automatic) and interacted with anamallais Chevrolet Coimbatore dealer on June 13th with multiple communication happened and finalized that the car can deliver from the showroom. All process are went fine and suddenly the dealer executive called me said that car manufacturing stopped in India and could not able to deliver the car to my requirement. I called customer support and confirm that the car still available in India up to 31-dec-2017 and once dealer raised Invoice Company will deliver. Iam totally surprise how the world reputed MNC to lose valuable customer .The brief details given below hope you understand as customer stand point and will get the positive remedy soon.
1. Day one I met Mr. Pradeep (Sales Executive) Anamallais agencies (P) Ltd – (Chevy Division) Coimbatore-tamilnadu-india discussed about company offer for Cruze LTZ automatic version and finalised that I have to pay Rs.14,60,000/-(Rupees fourteen lacks sixty thousand only).
2. Day 2 He Called and said that currently vehicle cost is Rs13, 85,847/- and pay the amount asae to deliver the vehicle soon.so I paid total amount to anamallais agencies thru NEFT on 13th June 2017.
3. On June 21 Mr.Prdeep called and said that currently Automatic Version not available please take back your money
4. I called customer support team from my mobile no +918754031333 and understand that CAR is still available in the Indian market ,the dealer not raised purchases intent to Chevy, Then I interacted with AGM-Coimbatore Chevy India ,Explained about over all scenarios and agree to get the car with waiting period.
5. Al most 45 days over still I couldn’t get the car available date and time.
6. Iam 100% sure Chevy will not lose any single customer. Please think twice as customer stand point and solve this issue ASAP.
7. Here what can I understand, Dealer treating customer is wrong way or Chevy and dealer also.
