Bharat Matrimony — extra charges and worst service


On 15 th july i got a phone from Bharat Matrimoney (Mr Abhishek Pandey mobile no 9650689132) for registeration of my doughter profile,(Profile I.D. H6652054) As he inform that Charges will be Rs 4200/for six month and service will be provided as your requirment, unnessary profile would be filtered and you get only profile as per your set norms.
When i pay it is Rs5199/immediately call mr pandey he assured that extra money will be return you within few hours.
After 2days when i did not get my hard earn money i call to Mr pandey, he did not pick my phone
Now every alternate day i call customer care of Bharat matrimoney also chat online, complaint but nothing happened.
Please return my Rs 5199/ as there service is worst, They cheat me.
