That I have Purchased Etios car Reg No GA09/A6766 Four Years Back.That front Driver side door window glass got jammed, could not be lifted.I took the car to service center at Verna Cortalim.The Company demands that I have to pay in advance the cost of the parts and than they will order it from their main company store
When I refuse they say that it is their company policy.That when Com. is manufacturing any cars it is their duty to manufacture spare parts and provide it to consumers and than charge.The companay cannot demand advance payment of costs of spare parts when they are ordering from their own main company or manufacturing unite.The policy of company is oppressive and against the interest of consumers.The service center of the company cannote direct to customer to visite them again and again for payment of advance amount of the parts when the parts are manufactured by same company.
