Dear Sir/Madam,

This is in reference to attached term policy form/document which was issued on 26th June 2017 by HDFC by Consultant Mr. SUNIL KUMAR BHAVNANI & Code:- 00003038 where I paid full premium Rs. 15027/- to HDFC life. Due to some reason, I intimated Mr. Sunil Kumar Bhavnani to cancel my policy & arrange the refund.

I also submitted the required refund documents to him in his office at C-Scheme Jaipur within 2-3 days where he assured me to get my 100% refund within 10-15 days in my account through RTGS but till date I have not received the payment. I am following up for my due but no one is listening for this even after one month passed.

If this is the scenario of the refund when a person is alive, how any one can get claim after his death. I trusted on HDFC being the national & reputed organization but this kind of false commitment & ignorance is spoiling the image of the HDFC.

Pl let me know whether I will get my amount or else I should file the case in consumer court. I need my refund within this month or else I will take the help of consumer court. This is quite disappointing & harassment which I am facing past one month time.
