Dear sir,
A very good Afternoon...!!!!
i just shortly brief you regarding my case. last year i purchased my handset & take insured by insurance company. few moths later my handset was damaged & so i take insurance claimed from them. their team replaced my phone with fresh piece. when last days my plan was going to expire their customer executive call me & inform that today is your last day so we are just sending you a link , kindly make a payment. i released the payment on same link. after that i have not received any single call or mail from your side to upload images of phone or any further documents.
20 days later my handset was damaged in accident & i inform your customer executive about all incident and also for claim.that time they informed me that your handset is not registered & all so you can not take insurance claim.
i was just shocked..earlier why you did not inform me for uploading images & all now you inform me that i can not claim. when my phone is not registered then how can you renewal my plan.they did not give me any satisfaction fully answer from last two months.
hope you are understanding my concern so kindly request you to take action against their employee so next time they will take care of it & give proper information to the customer. either repair my handset or refund back my amount.
