Dear Sir,
This is to inform you that I have bought a Portronics POR-683 Harmonics In-Ear Bluetooth Headset on 27th July Order ID # 20280091 which is a faulty product and i am also not all satisfied with the product as after using it for a few minutes i am getting a headache.So i have reported them about my problem on the same day only when it was delievered but still they had rejected my return request and also said we will not refund you the money but i have reported within 48 hours as per there return policy but still they are not listening to me and they are also ignoring my emails and calls.Please help me out on this as I am facing serious trouble getting this issue solved. Your intervention is needed otherwise it will not be taken seriously.
