I hand a flight from Mumbai to Rome on 23rd june'17 . Due to visa rejection I had to cancel the flight. I had a word with Lufthansa airlines they told me that you can cancel the booking through your travel agent and refund takes normally 4 weeks. I got my flight cancelled through makemytrip.
Even after continuous follow ups I am not getting my refund.
Every time a new representative from makemytrip takes the problem as a new and still there is no solution.
After some days a representative told it would take atleat 90 days to get your refund but airline says it takes only max 4 weeks for us to refund the money . I asked makemytrip to atleast give me a proof for airlines delaying the process but they are hesitate and using my money. I am paying interest for the money taken from 2 months.Kindly look into the matter.
