Complaint Details
State Bank of India has a policy of crediting StateBankRewardz points for the payments done by their clients per netbanking, however the StateBankRewardz points for the payments done by me per netbanking from my State Bank account have not been credited to my account. I have attached herewith File no.1,showing details of the correspondence with the State Bank authorities about crediting my account with StateBankRewardz points for which I am entitled, and I have attached herewith File no.2 showing the details of netbanking payments per my State Bank account.
