Complaint Details
The institute has misguided my parent and charged the amount twice by providing false information regarding payment of semester fees which has already been paid and has also not provided a receipt for the repeat payment made by cheque.

I appeared for the 4th Semester (4BAMC) in the year 2014, for which the semester fees had been paid by me upon commencement of the very same semester on 04/02/14 of which I have a receipt (attached).
However, on Wednesday (4th of March) 2015, the college administration has collected the same amount for the same semester again from my parent (during his visit to the college/ during my absence) and has also failed to provide a receipt for the payment.

The college administration has delayed the process of resolving the matter in spite of various requests and attempts of resolving the matter from our side by visiting, email as well as telephonic communication.

It has been two years that we have been trying to communicate clearly with the institute by providing proofs and details, however, the administration is reluctant to either resolve the issue or put us in direct communication with the director or associate director.
