I had a refundable hotel booking till 2nd Aug,2017 but the app showed technical error I had mailed them the booking ID to cancel the Booking but they had not done any needful and later when I had tried to contact them and ask for refund they refused to do so mentioning that the hotel is not ready to refund.They have cheated me with the full Rs 9400/
