Timeshare membership number 83491 & 83469.

Dear Officer,

Regarding the grievances against membership number 83491 & 83469. The issue is pending for resolution since 1996/ Since the issues have not been resolved till date we have not been able ti utilise the holidays till date. We have been given coorg as the base resort which is not operational till date. As per talk on 19/06/2017 on 180030002727 with your executive. Mr. Riyaz he said that since there the coorg resort is not operational till now we dont need to pay the Annual annuity charges till the coorg resort gets operational.

Since the coorg resort is not operational till date we do not want to continue with the memebership hence kinfdly refund the amount with interesr till date.

The request for cancellation was given in the year 1999 to which we received a reply saying that due to bad market condition we can not reund the money right now. i will be attaching all point of communication if allowed as attachments if it permits to do on this website. My father expired in 2013 without using any benifit after paying the enire amount for both timeshare memebership. The person at sterling are very rude and just keeps on givibg vague answers. i am in touch with Ramesh U but to be honest he is also useless as he says his legal team is looking into it and will take some time. It has been 16 years we had asking for resolving the issues but all has been taken for granted. I would like refund for both the memberships with interest till date.
