Dear Sir,
I am explaining my concern and the problems I faced with Airtel network on my number 9828301133 recently.
On 15nd June 2017 I was travelling to Goa from Mumbai and there I haven’t received the Data network through the way and In Goa too for which I have done a Complaint at Airtel Customer Care 121 wide Complaint No. 77033851, For which no resolution has been done and haven’t received any calls from the network team.
On 22nd July 2017 I have done a Complaint regarding the data network again wide Complaint No. 78008775 for which still there is no resolution done from your end.
On 2nd August 2017 I was travelling from Jodhpur to Mumbai than Pune, this time I haven’t hope that I am with the such worst network When I arrived in Mumbai at Airport my data was fully stopped none of the Applications was working neither I can book a cab nor accommodation nor I can access to mails and etc. But still I thought that maybe there is any problem at a particular place so I just ignored and while I was going towards Pune same situation was there Data fully stopped working on the way and when I reached Pune next day I have done the Complaint to 121 on Dated 03rd August 2017 wide Complaint No. 78340878 but no resolution, after all tips and tricks from Airtel 121 there was same situation, than I went the Airtel store in Pune and got a Sim Replacement Wide No. 727546981 might be there was any issue with the sim.
But after sim replacement there was same issue, again I went to store and asked them to just check why the data is not working they was also shocked that when it gets connect to WIFI all apps were working but when it connects to network data stops.
Again I called 121 one more complaint has been registered on Dated 04th August 2017 wide Complaint No. 78380175, But no resolution has been done.
Also one more complaint has been raised on Dated 4th August 2017 wide Complaint No. 78380666, But no resolution has been done.
On Dated 4th August 2017 One more Complaint has been raised wide Complaint No. 78371456, But no resolution has been done.
After many calls to Airtel customer care every time I got a reaction that we have escalated the matter, wait for 24 hours, wait for 4 hours, wait for 48 hours, we have highlighted the matter it will sort out soon, network team is working and all but there was not a single call and resolution has been done from Airtel end.
72 Hours Also gone but no resolution, and finally I was having Return flight from Mumbai on 7th August 2017 and I was back but my whole work suffered just because I was with the Airtel Network and Have lost so much business calls and Leads, I appreciate and Thanks Airtel to provide such type of Services to me After Paying for the services.
Now Who is going to reimburse me for the loss and service issue I have faced, As Airtel is not resolving the issue.
I request you to please help me out and get the resolution & reimbursement for the same.
