Complaint Details
The bank had earlier withheld my amount for 13347 as my minimum outstanding dues were not paid... Even after making the payment immediately they only released 12543 and they released the amount after 4 days... There is an unaccounted amount of rs. 807 which the bank refuses to release or revert and simplybsay that these are against ACH charges...i can provide printouts and recorded telephonic conversations that prove that no one in the bank can clearly resolve this issue on account of which i am turning to you.. Please help me get a reversal of my funds along with a greivance redressal of Rs.25,000
