I HAVE ORDERED ONLINE A DINING SET COMPRISING 1 TABLE, 4 CHAIRS AND 1 BENCH FROM SARAF FURNITURE. THE FURNITURE WAS FOUND IN DAMAGED CONDITION ON OPENING THE BOXES. THE BENCH CAME WITH A CORNER CHIPPED AND ONE CHAIR WITH A BROKEN LEG. WE INFORMED THE COMPANY IMMEDIATELY ABOUT THE SAME AND WAS ASKED TO SENT PHOTOGRAPHS. WE MADE SEVERAL FOLLOW UPS BY EMAIL AND TELEPHONE AND THEY ALWAYS KEPT SAYING THAT A TECHNICIAN WILL COME TO INSPECT AND RECTIFY THE SAME. ON 7TH JULY WE RECEIVED THE FURNITURE AND THEY WERE TO ARRANGE A CARPENTER TO ASSEMBLE THE SAME ON OUR EXPENSE WHICH WE AGREED AS THEY DO NOT HAVE ASSEMBLY SERVICE IN OUR CITY. WE WAITED UNTIL 10TH BUT NO ONE CAME THOUGH THEY PROMISED TO ARRANGE ONE. THEY THEN TOLD US TO ARRANGE ONE OURSELVES AND THEY WILL SEND THE ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS.
WE NFORMED THEM ON 11TH JULY ABOUT THE DAMAGES AND UNTIL NOW NO ONE HAS COME AND NOW NO RESPONSES FROM THEM THOUGH THEY REPLIED TO FEW MAILS INITIALLY. SEVERAL TEL CALLS WERE MADE AND WE FOUND THAT THET HAVE ONE OF THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WHO LIES AND BLUFFS PEOPLE BY SAYING THAT THE TECHNICIAN IS ALREADY ON THE WAY. WE NEED TO RESEOLVE THIS URGENTLY AND WOULD LIKE TO SEEK YOUR ASSISTANCE. ON FURTHER RESEARCH WE HAVE FOUND THAT THERE ARE SEVERAL COMPLAINTS AGAINST THIS COMPANY.
